I have been a mental health therapist specializing in trauma, sexual violence, and working with LGBTQIA+ folks for over 8 years and I've been in the field of social work since 2007. I use a strengths-based, trauma-focused, decolonizing, and anti-racist approach. I am Certified in EMDR and work with folks to create an individualized plan to aid in the healing process.
